Oatmeal pancake

Ingredients
3 Egg Whites1/3 c. dry 1-minute oatmeal
Directions
Blend egg white and dry oatmeal. stir until blended. Coat a pan with cooking spray and place mixture in small pan over medium high heat. Let cook until you see edges start to turn white. Flip over and cook on other side until done.
Add fresh fruit with Stevia or Polaner all fruit for taste.
