Tantilizing Mini Meatloaves

-2lb extra lean ground beef-1c seasoned breadcrumbs (I prefer a mix of italian and parm)-1 egg-1/2c ketchup-1/2tsp basil-1tsp mustard ( I prefer dry mustard)-garlic powder to taste (I prefer at least 1T)-1T parsley flakes1/3c packed brown sugar2T apricot preserves
1.Preheat over to 370 degrees F
2.In large bowl combine ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, 1/4c ketchup, basil, parsley, garlic powder, mustard. Mix well.
3. Shape into 8-10 mini loaves. Place on a 13x9-inch baking pan.
4.Bake 15 minutes
5. Meanwhile, in separate bowl mix well 1/4c ketchup, brown sugar and apricot preserves.
6. Spoon over meatloaves and continue to cook 20minutes.. Remove from oven and Enjoy.
