Raw Poha -1 cup, 10 serving (remove)Spanish Peanuts, 0.5 cup (remove)*Canola Oil, 0.3 cup (remove)Raisins, 0.25 cup, packed (remove)Garlic, 0.5 tsp (remove)Granulated Sugar, 4 tsp (remove)*Cumin seed, 1 tbsp (remove)Mustard seed, yellow, 1 tbsp (remove)
Microwave the poha for 45 sec to make it crisp.
Cool
Heat oil, add mustard and cumin. When they start spluttering add a pinch of hing, curry leaves, green chilli paste, garlic paste and peanuts.
When peanuts are done add raisins. Add salt and sugar to taste. Now add the poha and mix gently.
