Oat Bran - High Fibre

Ingredients
1 cup of water1/3 cup of Oat Bran1/8 tsp salt (optional)1 apple, chopped, or fruit of choice1 tsp cinammon
Directions
Mix the oatbran, salt and cinammon in a bowl. Add the water and sir. Microwave on high for about a minute. Mix well then add the apple.
You will have to adjust the water content to make it the consistency you prefer.
Makes 1 serving.
