Chololate Pinwheels

Ingredients

1 c Butter1 c Sugar2 eggs3 oz milk1 tbsp Vanilla3 c flour1 tsp baking soda2 oz unsweetened chocolate, melted
Cream butter and sugar.
Beat in egg, milk, and vanilla
Add flour and baking soda
Divide dough in half.
To half the dough add chocolate
On a floured board, roll each half of dough 1/8 inch thick.
Place chocolate on top of white.
Trim edges if you want so they are even
Roll up like a jelly roll; chill overnight
Preheat oven to 350F
Slice dough 1/8 thick and place on greased cookie sheet.
Bake 5-8 mins. or until set
