waterzuchinniblack beansany meatoniongarlic clovesred or white wine (depending on the meat)saltpepperolive oilmixed vegetables canned or frozenpotatoesdesired fresh vegetables. tomoatoesstewed tomatoestomato sauce or tomato paste
Put stewed tomatoes and and tomato sauce or past with a bit of water into a large pan. Chop potatoes and zuchinni. boil potatoes and zuchini in the tomato mixture. chop all other vegatables or empty frozen vegatables and beans into the pot. slice onion and chop garlic. saute onion and garlic with a tsp of olive oil then add meat and cook meat. add the wine and cook until the wine has dissapeared. Add to the stew mixture. Bring to a boil for about 5 min then let simmer until potatoes are the desired softness.
canned or frozen vegetables can be replaced with fresh veggies if available.
