Ingredients
1 cup cube yam1 leaf red cabbage2 mushrooms1/2 cup westsoy slender soymilk,vanilla1/4 tsp salt
Directions
Steam yam in a saucepan for about 12min.While waiting, cut cabbage and mushroom into to tiny pieces.
Once the yam is soften,peel off the yam and cut into cubes.
While mashing the yam,add cabbage,mushroom,soymilk and salt.Mash them together and stir well.(or put all the ingredients in a food processor to mix them well).
Steam the mixture in the saucepan for another 5 min.and serve
