Hershey Kiss PB Blossoms

3/4 cup Peanut butter1/2 cup I can't believe it's not butter1/3c. granulated sugar1/3 c. packed Splenda brown sugar1 egg 2Tbsp 1% milk1 tsp. vanilla extract1.5c flour1tsp. baking soda1/2 tsp saltgranulated sugar to roll cookies in48 Hershey Kisses
Beat peanut butter and butter until smooth.
Add brown sugar and granulated sugar. Mix until fluffy.
Add egg, milk and vanilla. Beat until well blended.
Combine flour, salt and baking soda.
Gradually add to the rest of the dough.
Form dough into 1 inch balls.
Roll in sugar and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 8-10minutes or until golden brown at edges.
Immediately place 1 hershey kiss on top of each cookie and press down. Edges will crack. Move to wire cooling rack.
