Ingredients
1 can chick peas 2 cloves crushed garlic1/2 tsp cumin1/2 tsp salt1 tsp paprikajuice of 1/2 a lemon1 tbsp olive oilpepper to taste
Directions
Drain the chick peas, reserve the liquid from the can. In a food processor or blender combine the chick peas, garlic, cumin, salt, paprika, lemon, pepper and olive oit. Blend on low, gradually add the reserved chick pea liquid until your desired consistency is achieved. Enjoy with fresh vegetables or whole wheat pita wedges. You can also add roasted pureed peppers to this as well.
