Spicy Collard Wraps

Ingredients
1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds1 Tbsp dried rosemary4 Cauliflower floweret's1/2 cup of parsnips1 tsp sea salt2 tsp chile flakes1 tsp cumin1 tbsp olive oil1 lemon - fresh squeezed juice4 collard leaves, stem removed.
Directions
Marinate Collards in lemon juice and olive oil off to the side (let wilt in dehydrator for about 5 minutes if you want).

Mix sunflower seeds, rosemary, cauliflower, parsnips, salt, chile peppers, olive oil, lemon juice, and cumin in food processor or blender.

When done, cut the collard leaves in sections, put a spoonful of the spicy pate' in the middle and wrap.
