Ingredients
1 carrot, 1 stalk of celery, handful of spinach, parsley, 1/2 cucumber, 1 apple, 1 peeled lime or lemon, 1 serving of soy protein, 2 tbsp of virgin olive oil, grind 3 tbsp of Golden Flax seeds, 1 oz of pumpkin seeds
Directions
Wash or peel all fruits and veggies. Put all ingredients into a blender with 1 cup of filtered / spring water, ~ 10 ice cubes and blend until smooth

    I've done this without the olive oil, soy protein, flaxseeds and pumpkin seeds. I did add 2 tbsp of psyllium husks for added fiber. I didn't think it would taste that great, but it was actually pretty tasty. - 6/27/11

    Wow... that's a lot of calories! Do you put the entire celery stalk in or just the typical edible portions? Same with the lime and lemon...? - 12/25/08

    yeah... this is actually my overly healthly husband who is under weight... he puts in all the celery and peels the citrus and tosses in - I don't drink this... He has braces at the age of 49 and drinks most of his meals these days.
