Soaked Oat Groat Oatmeal

1/2 c. groats, soaked over night1 c. water1 tsp salt1 tsp. honey1 tsp. cinnamon1 tsp. nutmeg1 tblsp. yogurt or milk
Directions
Soak groats in water over night.

Bring to boil on stovetop, add all indredients and enjoy
