Jane's Ham and Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
1 can low sodium chicken broth1 box (2 cups) organic vegatable broth2 large diced potatoes1.5 cups diced lean cooked ham1 can mixed vegetables2/3 cup penne pasta2 tbsp dried sweet basil1 tbsp rosemary1 tbsp black pepper
Directions
Mix vegeable broth, chicken broth and diced cooked ham with the dried spices and add diced potatoes. Cook on high in crock pot for 160 minutes. If potatoes are not soft, place in pot on stove with penne or any other pasta you like and cook covered on medium and let boil until potatoes are soft and pasta is done.
Add 1 can mixed vegetables.
Makes about 8 (1 cup servings)
