one large egg1/4 cup frozen potatoes o'briendiced tomatoesdiced onionssplash milkshredded cheese
Directions
scramble egg with milk
add potatoes, tomatoes and onions.
Pour into a muffin tin prepared with Pam or other cooking spray.
sprinkle cheese over the top
bake for 12 minutes
