Ingredients
1 c Unbleached Flour1/2 c Whole Wheat Flour1 1/4 t baking powder1/2 t baking soda1/2 t cinnamon1/8 t salt1 cup mashed banana1/2 cup apple sauce1/2 cup sugar1/4 cup Vegetable Oilnonstick spray
Directions
Turn oven on to 350. Measure dry ingredients in one bowl. Combine apple sauce, smashed bananas, oil and sugar together. Blend in dry ingredients. Spray loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray. Pour batter in. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes until a toothpick is clean when you insert.
