Classsic Lorraine Quiche

Ingredients
Classic Lorraine Quiche 1 lb. bacon(sausage, ham or mix the meats ), cooked and crumbled 1 & 1/2 cup cheese (recipe calls for Swiss, I use whatever I have)1 unbaked pie shell (10'')4 eggs, beaten1 tbsp flour3/4 tsp saltdash of pepperdash of nutmeg1 cup heavy cream1 cup half and half
Directions
Put bacon/meat and cheese in the bottom of pie shell.
Mix other ingredients well and pour over the bacon /meat and cheese.
Bake at 375* for 50 minutes or when knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.

This can be cooked the night before and then heated the next morning.

* You may as well go ahead and double the recipe, because they are going to come back for seconds.
Then they will want some later in the day and the next morning. Yes, it is that good.
