Peach Fruit Cake

Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter (hard, block butter, not margarine)1.5 cups sugar3 eggs1 20 oz tin Peaches, drained3 cups flour1 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. salt3 cups sultana raisins1.5 cups dried cherries1 cup shredded coconut2 tsp. vanilla
Directions
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition. Add peaches. Beat in sifted dry ingredients. Lastly fold in remaining fruit and flavoring. Bake for 3 hours at 275 deg. or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
