Crispy Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
4 c. mashed potatoes1/4 c. buttergarlicsalt and pepper, to tastespring roll or egg roll wrappersoil
Directions
Cook potatoes in garlic. Add butter, salt and pepper and mash. Spread about 1/3 c. potatoes on each wrapper and roll up. Place seam side down on greased cookie sheet. brush lightly with oil. Bake at 375 for 20 min., or until golden brown and crispy.
