Individual Meat Loaves

Ingredients
2 # 92% Lean Ground Beef1 C. + 2 Tbsp Ketchup, reserve the 2 Tbsp.1/2 C. Egg Beaters, original1 C. Onion, chopped1/2 C. Green Pepper, chopped1 1/2 C. Quaker Quick Oats1.5 tsp. Pepper1 tsp. Salt
Directions
Combine all ingredients reserving the 2 Tbsp. of Ketchup. Spray individual pans with non-stick cooing spray and divide into 10 seperate loaves.

Bake at 350 covered with foil for about 20 minutes, remove cover and cook another 5 minutes or until done (loaf will seperate from edges of pan)

Makes 10 - 6 oz. servings.
