simon's leek soup

Ingredients
2 leeks1/2 stick butterhome prepared chicken stock, 3 cupswater. 3 cupspotatoes, 5 mediumsalt, pepper
Directions
slice the leeks, stir them with butter for 5 minutes, add the chicken stock and water.
boil for 10 minutes. rest it for 15 minutes.
