PB and Granola Roll-up

Ingredients
1 Mission Carb Balance Whole Wheat Fajita Size Tortilla2 T. crunchy peanut butter (creamy is good too)1/2 t. honey1/4 c. Banana Granola (or regular granola w/ no nuts)
Directions
Spread 2T. peanut butter on tortilla. Drizzle w/ honey & sprinkle granola over the top. "Roll-up" the tortilla. Cut in 1/2 for a snack or cut to make 8 pieces for appetizers. YUM!
