Apple Juice Chicken

Ingredients
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast1/4 cup apple juice1/4 cup water1 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 TBSP butter, salted2 TBSP minced garlic
Directions
Cut chicken into cubes, about 1-2 inches. Heat oil and butter in a large saute pan and add chicken and garlic. Cook chicken until brown on all sides.. Once chicken is brown, add apple juice, cover and simmer, stirring occasionally until cooked thru. If it needs more liquid to prevent burning the chicken (or you need to keep it warm awhile), add water a tablespoon or so at a time.
