Ingredients
* Ground beef, lean, 1 oz * Frito's Corn Chips 1 oz * Cheddar Cheese, .25 cup, shredded * Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 1 cup, shredded or chopped * Red Ripe Tomatoes, .25 cup, chopped or sliced * Sour Cream, 1 tbsp
Directions
Brown ground beef and measure out 1 oz for your walking taco. Now crush up the frito's and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix together and you have a quick meal that will fill you up.

**you can use low fat sour cream, but the nutritional values are with whole sour cream.

    I made a similar recipe, I just used ground turkey, sun chips, and fat free sour cream instead. It's something I've made for my family several times and was happy to find a healthier version so I could still enjoy! - 9/13/10
