Broccoli Sun Dried Tomato Tart

3/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt3 whole eggs3 egg whites1/2 cup shredded lite Celtic cheddar (like Trader Joe's brand)1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp white pepper2 cups frozen broccoli133 grams sun dried tomatoes
Drain sun dried tomatoes and blot excess oil. (This will make your nutritional stats lower than they appear!)
Cook broccoli for one minute in microwave and blot excess water.
Beat eggs together. Add yogurt and blend well. Add remaining ingredients and pour into pie crust.
Bake at 375 for 35 to 45 minutes. (Center should be set.) Cool at least 30 minutes. Serve cold.
