vegetarian taco salad w/ catalina dressing

1 bag of Boca Crumbles1 Head of Lettuce3-4 tomatoes chopped1 8 oz bag of Mexican style shredded cheese1 32 oz bottle of Kraft Free Catalina dressing1 16 oz bag of tortilla chips, crushed
Cook crumbles in skillet, with seasonings of choice (taco seasoning packet, etc) While crumbles are cooking, chop up tomatoes and lettuce and put them in huge soup pot. Add the crumbles, cheese, dressing and chips. Stir together and serve. Garnish with sour cream if desired. Serves 12. 2 cup servings.
