Turkey & Kale Soup

Bacon, 3 slices, choppedLeeks, 3 bulbs and light green, sliced thinMushrooms, 1 pint, slicedGarlic, 2 cloves, mincedKale, 1 bunch, choppedChicken Stock, 6 cupsCouscous, 1 cup
1. Saute bacon over medium heat until crisp, about 10 minutes.
2. Add leeks, mushrooms, and garlic, and cook for 2-3 minutes.
3. Reduce heat to low, add kale, cover, cook until tender, about 15 minutes.
4. Add Chicken stock. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low and add couscous. Cook 5 minutes. Serve.
