Soup-er Easy Gumbo

Ingredients
,1 lb frozen shrimp, tails removed1 lb imitation crab meat, salad style, broken into chunks1 (14-1/2 oz) can diced tomatoes1 (14-1/2 oz) can diced tomatoes w/green chilies 1 (14-1/2 oz) can fat free chicken broth2 cups diced onion1 cup diced bell pepper1-2 cloves minced garlic1/2 cup water 1 tablespoon corn starch 1 cup okra (optional)
Directions
Combine canned tomatoes, broth, onion, bell pepper, garlic and okra into large kettle. Cook until veggies are tender. Mix water and corn starch in a cup, pour into kettle and stir. Add shrimp and crab meat. Cook about 10 minutes more. Enjoy! Makes about 8 1-cup servings.
