Italian Beef Sandwiches

Ingredients
3lb Pot Roast (beef)2 tsp Garlic (divided)2 tsp Salt (divided)2 tsp Parmesan (divided)1 tsp Oregano1 can beef broth
Directions
Put the Pot Roast into the slow cooker.

Make 4 slits across the top of the Pot Roast with a sharp knife.

split the Garlic, Salt, and Parmesan into 1/2 tsp portions and pack the each slit with 1/2 tsp of each ingredient.

Pour the beef broth over the Pot Roast.

Sprinkle the Oregano over everything.

Cook on low for 12 hours, shred with a sharp fork and put on whole wheat bun. (Bun not included in calorie count)
