Ingredients
6 oz whole wheat pasta4 ripe tomatoes1 tbsp olive oil4 cloves of garlic3 oz parmesan cheesezest of 1 lemon
Directions
As you are cooking the pasta, prepare all of the other ingredients. In a large serving bowl place the chopped tomatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, grated cheese and the zest of a lemon.
Drain and add the pasta when ready.
