Romaine Lettuce (salad), 3 cup, shredded Cucumber (with peel), 1 cucumber (8-1/4"), sliced Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, 1 cup, sliced Shrimp, cooked, 3 oz (remove) Coriander (cilantro) leaves, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped * Salsa, 0.50 cup (mild or your fav)
