BUTTERLESS BUTTER CHICKEN

500 gm Chicken Breast Diced1 Onion sliced2 tsp Minced Garlic2 tsp Minced Ginger1x Can Tomatoes (Indian style if available)1 tsp Tumeric (if not using Indian style tomatoes)1 tsp Garam MasalaCurry Paste or Powder to your taste1 tsp Coriander (fresh)250 mls Natural Yoghurt
Add oil to pan and lightly brown onions, garlic & ginger. Add diced chicken and curry paste/ powder and cook until chicken browned slightly.
Add tomatoes (& tumeric if using), garam masala & coriander.
Simmer until chicken cooked through.
Once cooked turn off element and leave to cool for a few minutes.
Add yoghurt just before serving and mix through.
Serve with steamed rice and naan bread/poppadoms.
