Chocolat Cinnamon Cake (aka Texas Sheet Cake)

2 Cups Flour2 Cups Sugar1 tsp Cinnamon1 tsp Baking Soda2 Sticks Margarine1 Cup Water4 Tbsp Cocoa Powder2 large eggs1/2 Cup Buttermilk
Grease and flour a cookie sheet with sides.
Preheat oven to 350
In large PYREX bowl (you will be pouring hot
liquid in here so this is important), mix together flour, sugar, baking soda and cinnamon.
In medium saucepan, bring margarine, water and cocoa to boil (this boils over easy so watch it).
Add hot mixture to dry ingredients.
Stir- don't beat - until mixed thoroughly. Add eggs and buttermilk. Beat just until mixed.
Pour onto cookie sheet and bake 15-20 minutes.
Allow to cool, then you can cut it into pieces using a knfe or a deep cookie cutter.
