Cheese Tortellini Soup

Ingredients
3 cups beef stock1 cup frozen cheese tortellini1 cup frozen peas (or peas and carrots)2 Tbs. chopped tomatoes (or salsa)3/4 tsp. dried basil1/4 tsp. dried oregano
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Cover and boil to a boil, then reduce heat. Simmer for5 to 6 minutes or until tortellinis are tender.
