Acorn squash "pie"

Ingredients
Use a hand mixer to cream all ingredients except pumpkin pie spice.
Directions
Spray a pie plate with cooking spray and spread squash mixture in. Sprinkle lightly with pumpkin pie spice and bake at 400 for about 20 minutes.
