Slow Cooker Shredded Beef with Chipotle Peppers

Ingredients
Beef tenderloin, calculated with a 32-piece of meat1/4 c steak sauce8 oz can tomato saucebag of frozen pepper stirfry1/2 cup chipotle salsa1 tsp salt1 Tbsp sugar
Directions
Trim fat off meat & place in a slow cooker coated with cooking spray. Top with pepper stirfry. Combine the steak sauce and tomatoe sauce & pour over peppers/meat. Cook on high for 1 hour. Cook on low for 7 hours. Shred beef with 2 forks. Turn off slow cooker. Combine salsa, salt & sugar and pour over peppers/meat. Cover and let sit for 15 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles as desired, but be sure to calculate and add separately. Calculated to make 6 1-cup serrvings.
