Pasta and Arugula Salad with Blue Cheese

Ingredients
5oz whole wheat penne1 can navy beans (small white beans)6 medium mushroom caps.25 cup red onion thinly sliced1lb cherry tomatoes1 bunch radishes sliced1.5 oz blue cheese crumbles
Directions
Put water on to boil
Chop onions and radishes and place in large bowl
rinse beans and add to bowl
saute mushrooms in no cal cooking spray over medium heat until cooked down
add arugula and cook down until wilted
add pasta and cooked veggies to bowl
Stir
Add blue cheese
salt and pepper to taste
makes six 2 cup servings
