Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts.25 tsp salt1/8 tsp pepper2 cups sauerkraut8oz lite russian dressing4 slices swiss cheese1 tblsp dried parlsey
Directions
Arrange chicken breasts in a 9x13 inch bakin dishes spreayed with cooking spray. Spread sauerkraut over chicken; pour dressing evenly over all. Top with cheese and parsley; cover and baket at 350 degrees for one hour or until tender.
