Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts (skin & bone removed)3 medium onions4 tsp minced garlic1 lime1/3 cup fajita sauce2 tsp taco or fajita seasoning mix12 flour tortillas (6.5 inch, 96% fat free)6 cups shredded lettuce3/4 cup shredded fat free cheddar cheese3/4 cup reduced fat, 4 cheese mexican blend12 tbsp fat free sour cream12 tbsp salsa
Directions
Slice chicken breasts into strips (like french fries). Slice onions into rings.

Use a non-stick fry pan (spray pan if not a non-stick with a little bit of Pam cooking spray). Saute garlic & onions over medium heat. When the onions begin to soften, add chicken to pan. When chicken is cooked through, add fajita sauce, seasoning mix and the juice from the lime.

Cook for an additional 5-10 minutes.

Layer cheese, chicken & onions, sour cream, salsa and lettuce onto a flour tortilla. Fold bottom up & sides toward center, leaving top opened.
