Ingredients
1 pound of ground chicken breast1 pound of ground Sirloin3/4 cups of Kroger Recipe Beginnings Mirepoix Style Blend...Onions, Carrots & Celerya couple of teaspoons of dryed Vegetable Flakes1 t salt1 t pepperGood shake of Dried Onions
Directions
Mix all together
Make 4 oz. Mini Meatloves in a cupcake pan, cover with tinfoil, and bake.
Put 4oz rolls of meat mixture in steamed Cabbage leaves, cover with V8 Spicy juice, cover,and bake.
Use 4ozs. of the meat mixture to stuff peppers, cover with V*Spicy juice , cover, and bake.
Bake on 350* until done. about an hour

    quite good, tho I avoided the carrots to keep it even ,ore low carb. - 11/24/10
