cookies and cream pie

1 oz box Jello sugar-free, fat free cheesecake pudding2 cups cold fat free milk2 packages 100 calorie pack oreo thin crisps, reserve 1/2 package2 TBS chopped pecans1 TBS butter, meltedchocolate shavings (optional)
Crush up both packages of the Thin Crisp Oreos. Pour one and a half packages into a bowl, add the chopped pecans and melted butter. Stir to combine. Distribute crust evenly into 5 small dessert bowls, pressing crumb mixture into the bottom of each bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix pudding mix with the milk. Stir for two minutes until it begins to set up. Pour remaining crushed oreo crisps into pudding mix and stir. Evenly distribute pudding mix over the crust in each bowl.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Prior to serving, garnish the top of each pie with chocolate shavings if desired.
