Ingredients
Broccoli, fresh, 4 cup, chopped Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced Grapes, 1.5 cup, seedless sliced Raisins, 1 cup, packed Sunflower Seeds, with salt added, .25 cup Yogurt, plain, low fat, .25 cup Light Mayonnaise, 1/3 cupSugar, 3 tablespoonsVinegar 1 tablespoons
Directions
Mix broccoli, celery, grapes, raisins and sunflower seeds in a large bowl. Whisk yogurt, mayonnaise, sugar & vinegar in small bowl. Mix with broccoli. Chill for an hour. 8 one cup servings.

    Delicious - I doubled the amount of apple cider vinegar to give it a bit more kick, ommitted the celery and added some red onion. Very nice dressing. - 5/8/08
