cheesy scrambled eggs with rotel

Ingredients
1 whole egg4 egg whites1/4 cup of rotel1/4 cup shredded cheese
Directions
In a bowl, beat 1 whole egg and 4 egg whites. Open can of rotel and drain the juice. Add 1/4 cup of rotel to eggs and mix. Place skillet on stove and warm to medium heat. Pour eggs and rotel in skillet and cook to scrambled. Add 1/4 cup of shredded cheese to eggs and heat till melted. Makes 1 serving.
