Turkey Chili

Ingredients
1-2 tsp olive oil2 bell peppers (red, yellow or green) diced1 medium onion, chopped1 clove garlic, minced (or use Pre-minced from jar)1 lb ground extra lean turkey1 tbsp chili powder (or more to taste)1 tsp ground cumin1 14 oz can of diced tomatoes1 15 oz can of black beans, rinsed and drained1 15 oz can of kidney beans ( rinsed and drained)2 15 oz can of tomato sauce
Directions
Heat oil in a large sauce pan and add the chopped peppers and onion along with minced garlic and let cook until softened. Add ground turkey and cook thoroughly until there is no pink left. add remaining ingredients. Bring the mixture to a boil and then reduce to a simmer. Simmer for thirty minutes, stirring occasionally.
