Potato Broccoli Cheese Soup

Ingredients
1 Baking Potato (2-1/3" x 4-3/4")1/2 T Sour Cream1/2 T Butter, salted2 servings/cups of Green Giant "just for one" Broccoli & Cheese Sauce 1/2 C. Chicken Broth or StockBlack Pepper to taste1/8 t. of Onion Flakes (if Desired)
Directions
Wash the potato to remove any dirt, and remove any "bad spots". Cut the Potato in half.

Place the potato in a microwaveable bowl and cover with a microwavable plastic wrap, and pierce wrap with a fork to vent. Microwave potatoe for 6 mins, or until really tender.

Microwave one and then the other of the "just for one" Broccoli & Cheese Sauce in the microwave following directions on its box.

In the mean time place the potato in a 4 cup bowl (remove the skin from the potato if you must), and mash with butter and sour cream.

When the Broccoli & Cheese is warm, poor the contents of both broccoli & Cheese "bowls" into the bowl with the potato mixture. Stir well, and then add the chicken broth. Stir to mix. Add pepper and onion flake to taste. Microwave Soup until Warm (should be less then 2 mins).
