Beef & Vegetable Stew

Ingredients
Beef, eye of round, 9 oz (remove)Cavendish Russet Potatoes, Medium Sized with Skin, 3 serving (remove)Aurora Beef Bouillon Cube, 0.5 serving (remove)Green Giant Frozen Sweet Peas, 0.5 cup (remove)Bolthouse Farms Baby Carrots, 4 oz (remove)Cedar Pearl Barley, 0.25 cup (remove)Knorr Veloutine Instant Gravy Thickener, 1 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Place beef in crockpot with the bouillon cube and 1 cup of water. Cook on high for 2 hours. Cut up potatoes into cubes, and add them to the beef pot, add carrots, pea's. Let cook for another hour. Once you are ready to eat place the barley in the crock pot. Let cook for 10 minutes and then add the the thickener. Serves 4.
