Ingredients
4 oz Ground Sirloin 2 C V8 Juice2 C Beef Broth1 Large Bay Leaf1/2 C ea Onion, Celery & Carrots1 C Diced Potato1C mixed frozed Veggies1 C raw chopped cabbage (or any other veggie; I use what's in season)
Directions
In a large kettle saute ground meat just until pink has turned gray. Then put remained of ingrediants in kettle and boil until veggies are done. Serves 4
