2-1 lb Cans Fat Free Refried Beans 1/2 28 oz Can Whole Green Chilis4 oz Reduced Fat Monterey Jack Cheese4 Tablespoons egg white substitute2 Tablespoons Fat Free Egg Beaters2 Tablespoons All-Purpose Flour1/4 tsp salt
Serves 4
1.) Spoon beans into a 9 x 9 inch pan sprayed with nonstrick cooking spray.
2.) Cut cheese into about twelve pieces.
3.) Put one piece of cheese into each green chili.
4.) Lay stuffed chilis on top of the beans.
5.) Beat egg white substitute until frothy.
6.) Fold flour, salt and egg beaters into the beaten egg whites.
7.) Pour egg mixture over chilis.
8.) Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until golden brown.
