Ingredients
* Beef, round steak, 1.36 lb * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.75 cup, chopped * Broccoli, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) * White Rice, long grain, 1 cup
Directions
Brown meat, add onions,peppers cook until tender, add Broccoli cook until don.
cook rice,
spoon beef mixture over rice.

    just need to explain a time of cooking. Also I added 10.5 oz can of beef broth and 3 tbsps of lite soy sause and it made it flavor better - 7/1/07
