Ingredients
baby lima beans, onion, garlic, celery, carrot, potato
Directions
soak dried beans overnight. drain and rinse. cook all ingred. for 7 min in pressure cooker on high. turn heat off, leave pot on burner, allow pressure to dissipate naturally. season with sage, herbes de provence. yields about 6 quarts of soup. serving is around 12 oz (1 1/2 c.), so probably 16 servings.
