Spice Chili Sauce

Ingredients
1/2 C cider vinegar1.5 T packed light brown sugar1 T Thai chili sauce1 garlic clove, minced1/4 tsp salt
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Coat 4 (4 oz) pork or beef tenderloin. Remove tenderloin and reserve sauce. Pat the meat lightly with paper towels.
Add reserve to sauce pan on med-high heat. Bring to a boil and cook, stirring occasionally, until thick and syrupy (~3 minutes). Spoon over cooked meat.
